- Open NeonPlan 3D in the sidebar and switch to Editor at the top.
- Choose Add floor on the right. If you have floors in Home Assistant, NeonPlan 3D offers them directly.
- If the floor has areas, "Add … rooms from HA areas" creates a room for each area. Drag the rooms into place and adjust the corners. Or draw with Rectangle or Free shape.
- Tap a wall with Doors & windows to add doors and windows.
- Tap a room and tap Place under Devices on the right for the devices you want, e.g. the lights, covers, thermostats, media players and sensors of the area. Below the list, Place all … puts all main devices in at once after asking.
- Furnish the room with Furniture and Furnish ….
- Switch to 3D at the top. Done: tap a lamp, and it switches.
The plan saves itself while you edit.
